To help us manage, optimise, or set up your email marketing systems, we’ll need secure access to your email platform. Below are instructions for the most common tools we work with.
If you don’t have an existing setup, let us know and we can guide you through creating one.
Add Crisp as an Admin
The easiest and most secure way to provide us access to your email platform is to add Crisp as an Admin user to your account.
Here is how to do this on the most common email platforms:
ActiveCampaign
To add us as an admin:
1. Log in to your ActiveCampaign account
2. Go to Settings (bottom-left menu)
3. Click Users & Groups
4. Select Add a User
5. Enter our email address
6. Where possible, please add us as an Admin user to your account.
7. Click Save
Mailchimp
To add us as a user:
1. Log in to Mailchimp
2. Click your profile icon → Account & Billing
3. Go to Settings → Users
4. Click Invite A User
5. Enter our email address
6. Where possible, please add us as an Admin user to your account.
7. Send invitation
We will accept the invite from our side.
MailerLite
To grant access:
1. Log in to MailerLite
2. Go to Account Settings
3. Click Users
4. Select Invite User
5. Enter our email address
6. Where possible, please add us as an Admin user to your account.
7. Click Invite
Kit (ConvertKit)
To add us as a collaborator:
1. Log in to Kit
2. Go to Settings
3. Click Team
4. Select Invite a Teammate
5. Enter our email address
6. Where possible, please add us as an Admin user to your account.
7. Send invite
Alternative option: Sharing your login details
If providing Crisp admin access is not available (eg. due to your subscription level), you may securely share login details using a password manager such as Lastpass.
Please avoid sending passwords via email where possible for security reasons.
