Abigail
Founder, Lead Strategist, Podcaster & Lover of Crisps
Abi launched Crisp “officially” in 2019, after many years offering the Crispy touch as a freelance designer. She brings her experience in education, community engagement, design and PR to give you a well-rounded holistic marketing experience. Abi is passionate about giving back to the community and donates her graphic design experience to organisations such as the Red Cross, the Country Women’s Association (CWA), the Goomeri Pumpkin Festival and Professionals for Change (P4C). She has also been a judge of the Australian Podcast Awards and the Signal Awards. Abi is also way too obsessed with Smiths Original crisps.
Abi is the host of the Creativity: Uncovered podcast, where she explores how different people unlock, unleash and inspire their creativity.

Operations Coordinator & Nature Lover
Joana keeps projects moving in a truly Crisp-y way — clear, organised, and delivered with care. She connects the right team members to the right work and brings structure and calm to every task, ensuring everything runs with purpose and polish.
Outside of work, she finds joy and happiness in spending time outdoors in nature. Resetting in nature restores her energy and clarity, allowing her to return to work refreshed, and ready to give her best.
Liza
Marketing Assistant & Dog Lover
Liza is the whiz that keeps everything ship shape and totally Crisp. She has a background in teaching English as a second language (we love a communication nerd!).
Liza loves playing with dogs, which helps her relax and de-stress.

Rebecca is Crisp’s resident wordsmith, using her background in journalism and marketing to weave storytelling into our clients’ communications and create meaningful connections with their audiences.
When she’s not writing, you’ll find her getting lost in a good book or looking for creative inspiration in unexpected places. Her crisp flavour of choice? Salt and vinegar, forever.
Monty
Head of Barketing & Lover of Walkies
Monty has been with Crisp since its launch. He looks after culture and morale in the office.
Monty also loves stretching his legs with a walk to the local café.
