How to Contact Crisp
We take our communication seriously around here (hence the name, Crisp Communications). And, one of the things our clients 🩷 about working with us, is that we are easy to contact and always responsive.
Here is how to get in touch with the Crisp team:
New projects or tasks
For all new projects or tasks, we recommend emailing us via abi@crispcomms.co
For in depth or complex projects, we will have a zoom to discuss and refine the scope and we will provide you with a custom quote for your consideration.
For our Retainer or Crisp Snack Pack clients, an email should be enough to get our team started. To make it really easy for you to brief us, feel free to use this template below when sending through your task.

Feedback on projects or tasks
Most our clients find that providing feedback to us on projects or tasks via video using Loom saves them time and works well as many of our projects are design based.
If you haven’t used Loom before, don’t worry! You’ll be able to get comfortable with the system over time, as we provide updates on projects or tasks using Loom too.
We find that this is the easiest way to share our updates, thoughts and questions while taking you through the design or output visually. Plus it allows for you to be able to access and review our comments after the fact.
Quick Questions & 2FA Codes
For quick questions or timely notes, we recommend contacting the Crisp team via Whatsapp. This is a web-based and app-based platform that allows for chats and voice messages to be sent quickly.
We also will set up a group chat with you and our team in order to receive 2FA or MFA codes securely.

Administration rights
Our preference is that if we are working in any of your accounts (eg. socials, crms, websites, etc) that you add our team as Administrators or Managers. This is the most secure way of providing access as it allows for us to have multi-factor authorisation set up, keeping your account nice and safe.
Please add both abi@crispcomms.co and hello@crispcomms.co where possible. Instructions on how to do this can be found in our Handy Guides below.
Login details
In some circumstances, it may not be possible to add us as administrators to your accounts. In such a case, you will need to provide us with your login details instead.
To keep your passwords and information secure, we ask that you share any login details with our team via Lastpass.
Lastpass is the #1 password managements app in the world and we find it is reliable, secure and easy to use. Plus, it’s free.
Documents & Assets
When sharing documents, brand assets, resources or other information with Crisp, we suggest using Google Drive.
You can either add us to your marketing folder in Google Drive, or we can create a shared folder for you.
If adding our team, please add abi@crispcomms.co and hello@crispcomms.co
