What can I use my Snack Pack for?
You can use your NCOC Snack Pack hours for any general marketing support that your business needs. This can include design, copywriting, website editing, video editing, and more.
Once we get a feel for your business, we can offer suggestions for marketing activities that will add value to your offering.
Feel free to reach out with the type of marketing activities that you’d like to undertake and we will let you know if this is the right package for you.
What is excluded from the snack pack?
Specialist marketing activities are excluded from the NCOC Snack Packs, this includes building new websites, paid ads, podcast management and social media management.

How long do I have to use my hours?
However long that you like!
We don’t believe in “use it or lose it”, so we have made your NCOC Snack Pack hours expiry-free. Simply use them as you need, with no pressure from us.
How can I pay for my Crisp Snack Pack?
Once you place your order, we will send you an invoice which will include all our payment details.
We accept bank transfer, credit cards and PayPal.
NCOC Snack Packs must be paid for in full before any work is completed. No refunds are offered for Snack Packs.
Can I buy more than one Snack Pack at a time?
Absolutely! In fact, the more NCOC Snack Packs that you order, the better value they become!
What happens if I go over my hours?
We will keep you informed of how many hours you have remaining when we finish a marketing task for you.
If you are close to the end of your Snack Pack, we will reach out and let you know before proceeding. At that point you can either purchase a new NCOC Snack Pack or we can reimagine the task within your remaining available hours.
