We love using Canva to craft custom templates for our clients that they can update and use again and again.
And, quite often, our clients build up their Canva skills and start creating their own designs that they’d like our help to finalise.

Here’s how to share your Canva designs with our team:
To share via link:
1. Open Your Design
- Login to canva and open the design you want to share.
2. Click Share
- In the top‑right corner, click the Share button.
3. Choose Link Settings
- Under Link settings, select “Anyone with the link” (or restrict to specific people if needed).
- Then choose the permission level:
- Can edit → allows others to make changes directly.
- Can view → read‑only, no edits.
- Can comment → feedback only, no edits.
4. Copy the Link
- Click Copy link once you’ve set the correct permissions.
5. Send the Link
- Send the Link
- Share the copied link via email, chat, or project management tool.
- Recipients can open the design in Canva and edit it (if you gave them edit access).
To share via email:
1. Select Share from the top menu.
2. Enter the email addresses in the text field.
3. Choose the permission: can view, edit, or comment.
4. Select Share.
